Fulfillment represents the timeframe in which we process, pack, and complete, and physically ship your order. Standard processing time is 2-5 days excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. It is important to note that fulfillment does not indicate the delivery date.
Processing time may vary due to a high volume of orders or during the holiday season and can require up to 10 business days for processing.  

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. observed holidays.

Lost/Returned/Undeliverable:
Please be sure that you have entered the correct address followed by any additional information such as an apartment number or building. PureBody Ext.  is not responsible or liable for any incorrect address that was entered and or shipped to the wrong address. If packaged is returned to us due to entry of incorrect address- order will be restocked, store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card minus the shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again as well as a $20 restock fee.
